LAST STAGE: SIMPLIFYING THE REFRIGERATOR
Do you think how to put the leftover plate of food in the fridge after dinner? If you have such a problem, welcome, you are Turk. A crowded refrigerator is our mainstream. Let me give an example from my mother, when we come together with the whole family, the most common word we hear after dinner is "eat no, no place in the cupboard". There may be two reasons for the problem here. Probably your closet is not too small, I'm passing this. Your wardrobe is small, you are closer to minimalism than me. Either you cook too much or you keep more than you need to keep in your fridge.
Simplification in the refrigerator is a matter that you need to do with the kitchen and also think separately. So first think about what's in the fridge, what you consume the most in a week, what you eat.
THROWN AWAYS FIRST
When you start to declutter your kitchen, separate the spoiled-out-of-date canned food, baking powder, lost, crumpled fruits, canned food that will never be eaten ... Discard those that have spoiled, separate those that can be eaten.
See what you can do with what you have. We've all eaten egg bread made from stale bread when we were little. It was the simplest that came to my mind, but my field is not food. There are hundreds of websites and youtube videos on what you can make from leftovers. Or you can use your creativity like me. Come on later, pasta sauces, various omelettes, salads ...
And from now on, you can make a weekly meal plan as I have seen it very useful. If you prepare food in advance, you save both time and a great waste of shopping. Thus, you both buy fresh and fresh weekly, and you are neither wasted nor an unnecessary crowd in your fridge just because you buy your food.
